Coquitlam Exercise Therapy Clinic Opening Soon

Update 11/28/2014  Lifemoves Coquitlam is permanently closed. Please visit us in North Vancouver

During the summers I used to go hiking with my father in the Rocky Mountains. We were always exploring new peaks and trails even sometimes bushwhacking and crossing rivers to get to our destinations.

I have been jumping up and down about the opportunity to blaze a new trail by opening a Lifemoves in Coquitlam.

When I first started Lifemoves it was my goal to be bring our services to many communities in Metro Vancouver and to branch into disability management and return to work programs by establishing relationships with other health care professionals.

In December I was invited to view a space that a group of Disability Case Managers had available for exercise therapy programs. Integrated Allied Health Management (IAHM) have developed a unique umbrella wellness concept in Coquitlam.

There are several practitioners including Nutritionists, Counsellors, Psychologists Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellors and now Kinesiologists with satellite offices at 1112A Austin Avenue. We all operate as independent businesses.

We are all genuinely interested in helping our clients achieve optimal health and return to meaningful employment.  This studio space floor plan is open and ready for Lifemoves to develop as we see fit.

There is enough equipment to get our Kinesiology services started as well as expand into other service areas. Our long-term plan is to add Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy.
