North Vancouver Rehabilitation Clinic Moves

 

Update – Lifemoves moved to Pemberton Avenue in July 2013.  On July 9th, 2012 Lifemoves Health and Rehabilitation’s North Vancouver location will move to 101-788 Copping Street.  We are excited to be moving into  a brand new ground level training facility that is being developed by Sheila Hamilton of It’s Time Fitness Results.

Why Are We Moving?

Some clients are wondering why we are moving again. In May 2011 we started looking for somewhere to move to since we had to shift from Steve Nash Fitness World. When Sheila showed us the plans in June 2011, we knew we had to be part of this development. We just didn’t know when it would be available so we found 1350 Pemberton as our temporary space.
It has always been our intent to provide our clients with top notch facilities and services.  We have been over to the new space several times as it is being built.  It is clear that there has been lot of thought that has gone into the quality, function, equipment and flow of the space.
Lifemoves has negotiated the exclusive use of one private treatment room. Having this treatment room means more effective myofascial release, assessments, fascial stretch therapy sessions and consultations without being concerned about interruptions. We are also now able to add physiotherapy and massage therapy to our services. We also have shared use of the spacious training room with very high ceilings.
In addition to Lifemoves’ expertise our clients will also benefit from the use of filtered water station, workout towels, spacious shower and change rooms and high quality training equipment.

He has been a Practicing Kinesiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the NSCA for over 15 years. When he isn't helping people regain their strength and confidence to move with ease he is hanging out with his wife and young son, writing, or training for his next endurance running race. His big audacious goal is to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
