What Do We Need to Know Before Our First Visit?

Here's a list of a few key landmarks to find our wellness and rehabilitation studio in Burnaby North.

  • Meet us at FantasFit Personal Training in Koreatown, south of Lougheed. There are shops and cafes nearby.
  • Turn off North Road onto Rochester.
  • Turn left into the parking lot. Continue driving straight until you drive under the building. Take your first right, then the right again to drive around the building. Parking is free.
  • Parking is free. The road around the building is one-way.
  • We are on the second floor above the car wash. Use the side entrance, which is a few meters beyond the fence.

Is Lifemoves Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes, we are now wheelchair- and walker-accessible.  Use the automatic double doors in the plaza.

Is There Free Parking Available?

Yes, there's free parking! The area with the most open spots is around the building closer to FantasFit. Remember that it is one-way. Do not drive towards the mural. Instead, drive forward downhill, under the building, then turn right.

How Can I Get There by Public Transit?

Yes, there are several options. Take the Skytrain to Lougheed Mall and walk, or take the 157 or 109 bus.

What Type of Payments Options Does Lifemoves Accept?

We accept VISA and MasterCard for private payments. Direct billing through health benefit plans depends on whether the plan includes kinesiology.  Our rehabilitation clinic in Burnaby is ICBC-approved to provide active rehab that is billed directly to the insurance company, with no additional user fees.

Founded by Alfred Ball in 2007, Lifemoves Human Performance provides evidence-informed movement, rehabilitation, and wellness services. It is not affiliated with the California non-profit LifeMoves that provides homelessness and housing services.
