Alfred has been a Practicing Kinesiologist since 1999. People with injuries, disabilities and chronic diseases seek his expertise to regain and lead active lives. His focus is helping people to move with more strength, confidence and ease.
Alfred's passion is helping people move better and with less pain. This enables them to enjoy daily life as well as recreational activities.
Kinesiologists are human movement specialists. Assessments and sessions include the scientific use of various measurement tools and outcome surveys. Among other things we measure your strength, range of motion, and heart rate.

Alfred completed the STOTT Mat and Reformer Level 1 Pilates certification in 2004. In 2007, he completed the Stretch to Win Fascia Stretch Therapy Level II certification to help people improve their mobility.
He was one of a few Kinesiologists to complete the Diploma in Rehabilitation Management from Simon Fraser University in 2008. This added education enables him to better assist people to return to work after an illness or injury.
Alfred has shares his knowledge on several platforms. He's contributed to the Global News article 8 No-Equipment Exercises You're Probably Doing Wrong by Arti Patel and written for IMPACT Magazine.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic he spoke at wellness shows, RBC Royal Bank and the Running Room. In 2024, he is looking forward to expanding his outreach on his blog and social media.
In May 2024, he became a member of the concussion care team at CATCH Physio and Wellness in East Vancouver. Alfred is also now teaching, GLA:D a group program for people with osteoarthritis there.

Alfred competed for the BC Biathlon team in his teens and early twentys. After retiring from competition he took up long-distance running and trail running.
He's completed several marathons. A sub-4hr still eludes him. In 2024 one goal of his goals is to able to run 10 km in under 50 minutes. The second one to be fast enough to play tag with his 8-year old son and a group of his friends
When he is not at work, you will find him playing with Lego or at the Lego store, watching movies and Star Wars content, playing board games and hanging out with his son.
