Alfred's passion is helping people move better and with less pain. This enables them to enjoy daily life as well as recreational activities.
Kinesiologists are human movement specialists. Assessments and sessions include the scientific use of various measurement tools and outcome surveys. Among other things we measure your strength, range of motion, and heart rate.
"I teach with compassion and inclusivity. I challenge you to move in different ways and more, so you can return to activities and go on new adventures."
Alfred completed the STOTT Mat and Reformer Level 1 Pilates certification in 2004. In 2007, he earned the Stretch to Win Fascia Stretch Therapy Level 2 certification. In nearly twenty years, Alfred has helped over a thousand people reduce pain and improve mobility with this osteopathic, table-based treatment method. He further expanded his knowledge and skills in Fascia Stretch Therapy in September of 2025 by completing the immersive Level 3 course in Canada.
He was one of a few Kinesiologists to complete the Diploma in Rehabilitation Management from Simon Fraser University in 2008. This added education enables him to better assist people in returning to work after an illness or injury.
Alfred has shares his knowledge on several platforms. He's contributed to the Global News article 8 No-Equipment Exercises You're Probably Doing Wrong by Arti Patel and written for IMPACT Magazine.
Alfred has spoken about health, wellness, and rehabilitation at corporate lunch-and-learns for employees, to the general public at the library, and at the Vancouver Wellness Show. He is looking forward to making a more global impact with more educational work in 2026.
