Lifemoves Health and Rehabilitation is excited to welcome Hilda Fu to our team of Practicing Kinesiologists. Her focus will to be expand our programs and services at our Coquitlam exercise therapy clinic.
She is strongly passionate about working with the senior demographic and finds great joy enriching and improving people’s functional fitness and mobility. Clients will find themselves laughing during their sessions due to her wonderful sense of humour and smile.
Hilda graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and completed a Certificate in Health and Fitness in 2007. Her background includes working extensively with those recovering from injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents (ICBC claims) as well as with seniors affected by varies disabilities and chronic diseases.
She is in the process of completing her registration as an Acupuncturist. Hilda believes that there are ways to help with ones search for longevity and well-being; however all starts it starts with exercise. Our North Vancouver clients will meet her when shadows during the next few weeks. Hilda will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Coquitlam.
