Fascial Stretch Therapy Helps Figure Skater Liam Firus Succeed

Liam Firus is a Canadian Olympian who calls North Vancouver home. He is also an individual who has received and benefitted from Fascial Stretch Therapy performed by Alfred Ball a Level 2 Fascial stretch Therapist. Firus first rose to national success when he took home the Canadian Junior Title in 2010. The following year he began his journey as at Senior level of figure skating eventually leading him to the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games.

It is clear that Liam Firus has put many years of hard work and dedication into figure skating. This year he competed nationally and internationally representing Canada . Following this he placed an excellent 7th in the 2017 Canadian Nationals in top 10 with Olympian Patrick Chan who placed first.

Alfred has previously assisted Liam with his flexibility and recovery from his tough training schedule using Fascial Stretch Therapy beginning in October 2008. The introduction of Fascial Stretch Therapy to Liam's training regiment granted him increased flexibility and relief of pain.
