Lifemoves Goes to Hellth

Kinesiologist measuring a client's shoulder range of motion.

Update Sept 2021 - Lifemoves operates from an independent personal training studio on Hastings Street in Burnaby. Alfred is also available at an allied health clinic in East Vancouver.

Update Sept 2019 - Lifemoves closed 777 West Broadway. Alfred is practicing at a clinic in Burnaby.

Update January 2018 - Lifemoves purchased KinActive Kinesiology in Vancouver. We moved to West Broadway from Pemberton Avenue in North Vancouver.

Update Oct 10, 2015 - Go to Hellth has new owners and is called Elevate Health, Wellness and Training. Lifemoves moved to the corner of the same block, but on the second floor with street access.

In 2013, relocated to a gym that was near the Pemberton Heights Pub in North Vancouver. This quaint place had all the fitness equipment we needed and the private space to provide Fascia Stretch Therapy.

It was called Go to Hellth, an interesting name, although the decor made people feel uneasy. This relationship lasted until 2015, when we sold it and opened our own space in the same building.

Burnaby Kinesiology and Fascia Stretch Therapy

Update August 2025 - Lifemoves Human Performance opened in Burnaby. It is near Fell Avenue and Hastings Street and across the street from Kensington Park. This is our own location, and the only place appointments can be booked with Alfred. All other locations are permanently closed.
