Created by the World Health Organization to promote health and fitness, Move For Health Day is a yearly event designed to inspire folks from all walks of life to participate in events centered on physical activity.

Lifemoves is proud to take part in this event and joins with the BC Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA) in promoting the benefits of healthy living and providing participants with the tools and resources they need to get and stay active.

Join us on May 10, from 9:00AM to 7:00PM at Lifemoves at Steve Nash Fitness World, as we strive to reach our goal of getting 90,000 British Columbians Moving for Health in events across the Province.
