Mindbody Online Makes Scheduling and Communications Easier
We are excited to introduce the use of Mindbody Online , an Inc. 500 member where over 15,000 people book their services online everyday around the globe. At Lifemoves we are always looking for ways to leverage technology in ways that will make easier for our clients to interact with us and for us to provide services to them. One way we can do this is to use online and mobile applications to help us manage our schedule, bookings and sales. In 2008 we introduced booking reminders using EZ Facility which clients keep telling us that they appreciate . We recently discovered Mindbody Online an even more powerful tool that is easier for staff to use, more customizable and easier for our clients to use than EZ Facility.
We value our clients’ privacy and the safety and security of your data please read Mindbody Safety or EZ Facility Privacy information. As we convert our operations to this new system will be importing as much of the EZ Facility data into Mindbody Online as possible. However, if there is any specific information that you require such as a billing statement for 2010 for tax purposes or attendance records please contact Alfred Ball for this information by March 31st, 2011.
There will be many benefits to our clients including the ability to view schedules and purchase history as well as book or change appointments online. To make this transition as smooth and as thorough as possible we will be releasing certain features gradually. This system will be integrated into our website as well.
